Over three decades, I have seen how organisational change impacts employees — how it is understood and responded to. I have worked closely with leaders and employees during periods of uncertainty, and developed a practical understanding of both leadership and employee behaviour.
I have seen the impact of change done well — and the consequences when it is not.

About Theo
Theo is an experienced change practitioner, human resources practitioner, coach and facilitator with over 25 years’ experience across government and human services.
Originally trained as a social worker – BSW (Honours) and MSW – with experience in mental health, corrections and disability, he brings a deep understanding of how individuals and groups experience and respond to complex adaptive systems.
His work focuses on supporting leaders, teams and organisations through change, transition and workforce movement — helping people make sense of uncertainty, stabilise, and move forward with clarity.
